Cancellation Policy

  • Time Frame: Please request cancellations within 24 hours after placing your order. Requests made after this period may be denied or incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Procedure: To cancel an order, email us at info@homehavenonline.com
  • Refund Eligibility: Items can be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • Condition for Return: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and undergo inspection upon return to qualify for a full refund.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting Damage: If your item arrives damaged or defective, immediately contact Customer Service at info@homehavenonline.com. Please provide photos to help us assess the issue.
  • Claims Deadline: Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Resolution: We reserve the right to replace a damaged item before issuing a refund.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

  • Sales Items: Items purchased as ‘Imperfect Sales’ or from ‘Clearance’ are final and cannot be returned.
  • Custom Orders: Custom orders are made specifically for you and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange. Estimated shipping times for custom orders may vary.

Problem Resolution

  • Immediate Assistance: Should your item arrive damaged or defective, contact us without delay. We may request photos to determine the appropriate solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Green Shipping Protection™️

  • Coverage: If you opted for Green Shipping Protection™️ and your package was damaged, lost, or stolen, contact Corso customer service for assistance with a reorder or refund, subject to terms and conditions.
  • Claims for Covered Losses: File your claim at reorder.corso.com or by emailing support@corso.com.

Important Disclaimers

  • Delivery Liability: Once packages leave our warehouse, Home Haven is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
  • International Deliveries: These are non-refundable and subject to customs duties and taxes paid by the customer.
  • Product Variability: Color, finish, and material quality may vary due to the unique nature of our products.

Making a Return
